The location is perfect for airport access, and the prompt shuttle service is a real plus. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly during check-in. The restaurant had decent food options. There were also some issues with the parking being limited.

The room was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. Staff were not helpful, especially at the front desk. Shuttle service was poorly organized. No fridge or microwave in the room.

This hotel is just a short drive from the Tacoma Airport and also super close to the light rail, which makes it easy to head into Seattle or explore nearby attractions like North SeaTac Park and the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum, so walking around and discovering the local area is really convenient; But, the hotel itself could really use some updates, especially in the bathroom areas where repairs are needed.

Great shuttle service was convenient and timely for the ceremony the staff helped with anything we needed and the complimentary breakfast had a lot of options
It wasn't the cheapest place to stay but it still worked for our needs

After a long drive, I fell into a cozy bed that felt like a cloud! The large jetted tub was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Everything was clean and quiet, making it a fantastic spot to recharge.
Would definitely recommend! 😊💕

The Ramada By Wyndham Seatac Airport offers a prime location near the airport, making travel easy. the front desk staff was unwelcoming and inattentive, and my room left much to be desired in cleanliness.

The check-in experience was frustrating, with an unfriendly front desk staff that seemed more focused on her phone than on the guests. The shuttle service was infrequent, and waiting times were far from ideal. On the bright side, the location was convenient, and the rooms were clean, although some had lingering odors. The restaurant in the lobby was a surprising find, offering Vietnamese cuisine, but not everyone enjoyed the food. It’s confusing why there’s no breakfast option on-site. I wanted to love it, but several aspects made it hard to feel good about the stay.

The staff is generally pleasant and helps keep the vibe friendly despite some hiccups.
The common areas and room carpets could really use a deep clean.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, making it easy to catch an early flight. The free shuttle service was a plus, helping me save time and money on transportation. Additionally, the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, providing assistance with a smile.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The outdated facilities, lack of amenities like a fridge, and overall unhygienic conditions were disappointing.

Comfortable beds. Perfect for a night before an early flight. the experience deteriorated quickly. The room wasn’t cleaned during our three-night stay—towels only available upon request, with limited communication about this policy. The shuttles were unreliable, with a driver struggling to operate the AC. While the staff at the front desk were friendly, the dining experience was poorly managed. Cold food served an hour apart? The facility itself feels neglected: dated rooms, stained carpets, and common areas lacking cleanliness. A rude manager compounded the issues when we sought assistance after a theft. Improvements are essential, especially in communication and customer service.

The room was comfortable with adjustable temperature controls, making it easy to find a suitable climate. The bed was decent, providing a good night's sleep. noise was an issue; we could clearly hear loud sounds from neighboring rooms. The bathroom was pleasant but lacked adequate cleaning, as the shower was wet upon arrival. The overall atmosphere was tainted by lingering smells of cigarettes and weed. The elevators were outfitted with mirrors, adding a nice touch. Despite these comforts, the lack of friendly staff and occasional disturbances made the stay less than ideal.

The shuttle service was a nightmare! It was always late, and when we finally saw it, it zoomed right past us at the airport. Had to beg a stranger to call because the courtesy phone was broken. Total chaos!

Hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle service, making it easy to explore the city. Just a short drive from fun activities like Tyee Valley Golf Course and Westfield Southcenter. Great for a family adventure!
My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities.

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and provided a free shuttle service, which saved on extra costs. My room was peaceful, and I appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
My room lacked some common amenities like a microwave and a functioning fridge. The thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms and even the bathroom above to be quite disruptive.

During our recent stay at the Ramada, I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities in our room. The absence of ironing facilities was inconvenient, especially for business travelers like us who needed to attend meetings looking presentable. the heating in the room was inadequate, and the air conditioning unit emitted a strong odor of cigarettes, which was quite unpleasant. the room did have tea and coffee facilities, which were a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. the sitting area was minimal, and I would have appreciated a more comfortable space to relax after a long day of traveling. Another aspect that fell short was the lack of rollaway beds available upon request. This made it challenging for our group to accommodate everyone comfortably in the room. The bathtub in the bathroom was outdated, with visible signs of wear and tear, and the complimentary toiletries provided were subpar. It would have been nice to have higher quality amenities to enhance the overall experience. One area that stood out was the convenience of the airport shuttle service. the shuttle itself could use some improvements in terms of timeliness and communication with guests. We experienced delays and a lack of clear information about the schedule, which was frustrating. while the Ramada had some positive aspects such as tea and coffee facilities and airport shuttle service, there were several areas that needed attention, including the room amenities, heating, and shuttle service efficiency. I hope these areas can be addressed to improve the experience at the hotel.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 and hanging out at Seattle Waterfront. The convenient location near Silver Dollar Casino and the shuttle running 24/7 made our late-night adventures super easy!
Just wishing for a bit more fun vibe for young party-goers like us! .

Enjoyed the heated indoor pool, felt like a VIP guest with the outstanding Ginger Palace restaurant. Finding complimentary Wi-Fi was like striking gold!
Trash hunting was a fun activity during my entire stay. Who needs housekeeping or trash bags anyway?

I chose Ramada solely to visit Angle Lake Park, and the free parking pleasantly surprised me. The cooked-to-order breakfast at Ginger Palace was delightful.
Shuttle driver careless with luggage.

ramada location was excellent, not too close or far from downtown seattle. rooms were well kept and clean. the front desk made it easy for a family member to deliver our car earlier that day and leave the key for us once we checked in at midnight. we got some good rest and were able to continue our trip home which was 2.5 hours away over 2 snowy passes.
Can't think of anything 🤷

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and I appreciated the location near the elevator. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the amenities like the provided shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch. The towels were also a good size, not the small ones I often encounter. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Ginger Palace, served delicious food. I also found the internet in the business center convenient.
The shuttle driver was quite surly and didn't provide the best service. He dropped my bags behind the van instead of wheeling them to the curb.

Friendly housekeeping and wait staff, comfortable beds and great shower. I encountered a very friendly housekeeping staff during my stay. They were pleasant and made sure my room was well taken care of. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great, providing a very refreshing experience. I'd recommend this hotel.
